I try to lead with empathy, respect, and patience. One idea I come back to often is from Mr. Rogers: “Always look for the helpers.” I think the best teams are built by people who are skilled, dependable, and kind to each other.

I’m a frontline manager with a background in systems administration, with a strong focus on networking and Linux. Over the years, I’ve also spent time in marketing, which helped me become a stronger communicator and connect technical work to business goals. At almost every company I’ve worked for, I’ve taken on management responsibilities, leading teams, solving problems, and helping people do their best work.

Be reliable, stay curious, and treat people well. Skills matter, but trust, consistency, and the way you handle challenges are what people remember.
